spark cutting out

So it is a bum day for my megasquirt. I've been chasing low volage problems for two weeks and I finally sorted them all out. The car ran great for two days, now back to running like garbage.

280zx turbo, optical dizzy, HEI coil
MSII, V3 board, v2.3 firmware

I have been using the MS to directly ...

I gutted my proform shift ("crap") light and hooked it up to one of the spare outputs. I simply used the transistor inside of the shift light to handle the higher voltage and triggered it with one of the spare outputs, one of the ilde control outputs I think. Works great, and I am using MSII V3 ...

dataloging crank angle sensor output?

I am running:
MSII v3 board
tried all firmware

car:
'83 280zx turbo
optical crank angle sensor

I am having a problem with a loss of power at 5000rpm and 6000rpm. I have had this problem off and on since I have owned the car, before and after the megasquirt install. Looking at datalogs, I can't ...

I have my spark duration set really low ~.8ms worked the best for me. I think that I read somewhere that the ignition circuit is current limited to 7amps. I checked my coil and it should draw 12amps according the the resistance. Everything works great with low boost, but the spark isn't hot enough ...

Ignition breakup

I am amazed at how well all my questions get answered on this forum. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work! It's good to know that there is some good info out there! So, now for another question.

MSII v3 board, with v2.3 code

I am using the ignition driver circuit to directly run my coil. My ...

No, I didn't install that jumper. Now that you mention it though, it jumps right out of the text at me. So I should just be able to install the jumper and go from there. Can I use just the one power wire and not the ground wire? It would be easier to chassis ground the other side of the relay ...

Thanks a ton, but if I hadn't already read all that, I wouldn't be posting questions. I have followed all the instructions on that page but am still having problems. I would like to use the IAC outputs since they can directly control a relay. I am not getting any voltage output from any of the IAC ...

Has no one hooked up the spare outputs for the Megasquirt II v3 with the new 2.33 firmware?
