What version of the code fixed it? Is it the v2.36 of the embedded code? I don't want to pull out board and go through all that if I don't need to. I'm running version 2.1. I get it running so nice and then once in a while the idle goes a little high. Drives me nuts.

IAC is killing me too. I so wish I had a carburetor again. I overcome this though. I've got mine figured out. Here's what I did.

This is making sense. I think it is working backwards then. It fired the pintle across the garage twice on me last night when I powered up the system. I have no throttle stop on this TBI. GM used the IAC to control all idle control(I believe). Otherwise I would cheat and set the the set screw for now and work on the other issues I'm having.
