I made a CHT sensor from a thermistor I got from Digikey. It's less than 5mm in size. I epoxied it into a large ring connector, added some shrink wrap and bolted it to the head at the engine mount. The resistance/temp chart was on Digikey in the specs PDF. Just plug the values into EasyTherm. No ...

Hey Ian,
Yeah, it went well, all in all. And, really, anything I can fix at the motel is just an inconvenience. I can't really complain. It has been a great bike and given me minimal problems. I've toyed with the idea of going MS on it too, but it runs really well with the current setup and there ...

Well, we put over 2K miles on it in about 10 days to Sturgis and back. doing 300-450 miles/day. I had dropped the fuel pressure down a bit to ease up on the pump load, changed out to a 35/35W headlight, changed the running lights to 5W instead of 8W and with all that, it would charge with the lights ...

Yeah, starts and runs. I've put about 500 miles on it total. I put about 30 miles on it yesterday in AutoTune to get it dialed in a bit closer after moving the VE buckets around some to closer balance out the changes. I'm going to pull it apart today and fix the fuel pump driver. I also noticed the ...

It's doing pretty well. I'm tuning the fuel map and it is giving me some headaches there. Also, I think I blew the 2n2222 FP relay driver, so I'm going to have to take it apart and check. If Crap Shack has a NPN with a higher voltage rating in the same package, I'll try that, and I'll stick a zener ...

We just put the fuel filter in series with the MAP sensor. Mine goes: Manifold (and pick a good vacuum source, on the 20V Ken sacrificed a spare manifold and found the collector area), MIG tip, MIG tip, fuel filter, MAP sensor.

I could see that T'ing it in would work also, but then I'd need a T and ...

Us shareing our findings is how this whole MS got together and is really what the strength of the Internet is. Also why Hillary wanted to kill it in its infancy, but that's another story.

Anyway, yeah, I can see where there would be a pretty good pulse on the MAP line with a V Twin. Motors with ITB ...

The hoses look to be standard 3/8" stuff. I didn't take them apart to look. Slight chance they are 5/16", but I dont' think so. The filter in the pic is actually on the output side of the pump. I'll probably just hook it up backwards to backflush it, then re-use it. Even got 4 or 5 nice little worm ...

Got my FP today! Woo hoo. OAL barb to barb is about 8", and it is about 1.75" diameter. Pretty small, I'd say. It is a Walbro, Made in USA.

What are people doing for high pressure filters after the pump? I have the OEM one on my Toyotas, but for the bike, are people doing without or putting ...
