No problem. They vary. The stock ford ones that ive got laying around from 4.6 sohc cam engines ive ohmed out and they were high impedance. If your refering to the siemens (skinny body) injectors yes they should be the same length and the oring diameter should be the same. The older 4.6 had standard bosch injectors. Ive used the siemens injectors to replace the bosch ones in a vw droped right in.

A friend of mine just bought one. Its a really nice peace for the money looks to be well made. Any bosch style injector will fit that includes the ford motorsport ones. Were installing it on a mildly built 302 in a 76 bronco with 460cc injectors.

When you first start tuning its best to have them match. Later when you are fine tuning your ve table you may find you need to move a few of the rpm and kpa bins around to get finer control at a particular load/RPM, usually around your torque peak.

I use to have the old one v 1.5. From what I remember when I had mine the voltage output was non linear from 0-4 volts. I dont think megatune supports that. If the diy wideband website is still up they use to have a graph that ploted what voltage represented what afr. You may be able to program that ...

I had this problem with my buddys turbo 8v vw. He has a ported cross flow head, mild cam, 650cc injectors and a really short runner intake manifold(runners are only 4 inches long).
