If you also have the pressure at those HP and torque readings as well as a redline RPM you should get a decent starting table from the generator in MT. If not - and there is a N/A version of your engine - you can enter those numbers at 100kPa and tell the table to extend to the kPa you anticipate ...

Hi, I got an engine with these spec and I need help making a VE table
Engine : Toyota 3SGTE 2.0 L inline-4 cyl. turbo.
Injectors : 800cc.
Hp : 260 @6500 RPM
Torque : 240@4000 RPM
Req_fuel : 4.2
