Re: Hall effect sensor connection on a microquirt

Change my mind about the 1302 Allegro sensor, after I spoke to Allegro, decided to go with an ATS627LSG sensor instead, they suggest to use a pull out of 1K ohms. Since I will use the 5 volts supply from the Microsquirt I have made a heat sink block from copper. Here's the pictures. Waiting for the ...

Re: Hall effect sensor connection on a microquirt

Ok I will build a sensor myself for my custom made distributor. No choice, the machining was done for this Bosch sensor and wish to use hall effect. My mistake, bough the bad sensor. I will use the hall effect sensor 1302 from Allergo which produce an output to half of the imput. My input will the V ...

Re: Hall effect sensor connection on a microquirt

Thansk Matt for you response.

I am not sure that this sensor from Bosch is an hall effect and should be connected to pin 30 and 31. I believe that it is a VR type sensor and pin 32 and 33. Have a look at the datasheet and drawing from this site. Look at the sensor 0 261 210 136, it is the same as ...

Hall effect sensor connection on a microquirt

Hi all,

currently trying to use an hall effect sensor from bosch part number 0 261 210 148 on my distributor for rpm input. This part has tree connectors: a ground, a shield and a signal output. According to the literature for the hall effect, we need a 5 volt reference, ground and an output. Not ...

Re: Sequencer update/ code 3.430 release

This product seems to do what I am looking for. Currently using Microsquirt on a 6 cylinders engine and want to get rid of my distributor. Can someone shows me the pin out of this sequencer and how can we get one. Existing documentation is unclear, perhaps I am not looking at the right location ...
