Just a bit more on Lances comment about bias resistors

Isn't there a note somewhere that says the bias resistor is equal to the sensor temp at 27 deg C ?????

Don't know the motor....

But with a base timing of TDC ....... I am only just starting of ign' stuff on my Rover V8, mine is set to 8 deg.......

Well I am not much help to you, but I have always been confused by this as well.

I never bother about redoing the VE table, once I have required feul and idle, I just let autotune do its magic. As long as I don't get crazy figures in the VE table, I guess outside of 40-120 ( without looking ) I ...

With out looking I think you will find them smaller than the eailer V8s, my mate has got them writtern down somewhere...

My 3.5 hicomp/cam runs a base fuel of 16.5, we take the same MS unit into my mates 4.4 lowcompress and the base fuel needs to be about 23...

Not sure if we are talking the same on .....

But I looked at a couple and this is my pick, so far only used it on the bench with stimulator and I can see ringing on the ign pulse and can make some sence of it....
