okay,made a new and better trigger wheel that is 24-2, i changed settings around and in the tuner studio i get a pretty steady RPM reading, but still very random and not much spark output...dafuq gives? do i have a faulty microsquirt maybe?

thanks for your input RT, i too question my trigger wheel, so with that said i am having one made to better and closer tolerances, i will post up results when i get the wheel

ok, i will hopefully get the uploads of the tune cal and also if i did it right, a sample of a cranking over log.

turbomax,

You problem could be anything from incorrect sensor spacing to the teeth to induced noise in the wiring to the wrong setup in the code for your setup.

To narrow it down, it would help if you posted your hardware version (presumably a microsquirt, but V2 or V3?), code version, MSQ ...

i would like to get in on this thread as i am working with almost the same pick ups..i.e. a kawasaki zg1000 concours 2001 with dual VR pick ups, i started out with my own made 36-1 wheel, but discovered there was not enough gap in between teeth, so i cut it down to an 18-1, but i am still having ...
