I have made a overrun fuel cut feature to beta-code, but beta-code doesn't compile with gcc (yet), so I have to install codewarrior compiler (if it is free) and try to compile with that.

Hitting 'alt' or 'tab' doesn't help. It changes to 'crank' everytime I read settings from ecu.

I think tried that already, but I'll try it again.

Text 'warmup' stays there after burn, but when I fetch settings from ECU it has been changed to crank.

Hmm.. maybe I have to try decrease dwell time step by step with 0,1ms and use max spark duration 2.0ms, that should be enough?

MS2, V3 PCB and dwell

Hi!

I'm running my coil directly with vb921, but I have problems to set good dwell time. with 3 ms it is okay but my v3 case gets warm (38 celsius degrees) after short run. With 2,5ms I get weak spark but no heat.

I think I need more tha 3ms to get best result, but then whole ms will probably melt ...

I decreased lag factor of rpm and got it littlebit more stable. I'm reading rpm from coil, so probably I can't get it better.

But back to the point:
- Is those spikes caused by too small X?
- is too long/short time of tau causing AFR to remain lean/rich for too long time?

Hmm.. I get lean and rich spikes when accelerating deaccelerating. Do I have too big X or is the problem in Tau?

When the coolant temperature reaches it's highest value (normally 160F). (It doesn't depend on the warm-up entry values being =100%)

Ok. Then THIS is one of my problems :). My engine is really small and takes years to reach over highest temperature value and sometimes - in winter specially - it ...
