Don't forget that you are running with boost. The fuel pressure is set verses normal atmospheric pressure (No vac/boost connection). To actually use the car you do fit the vac/boost line as the pressure has to be relative to the manifold pressure. ANY BOOST PRESSURE NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO THE SET ...

They increase the time the fuel is in the intake and so allow for better mixing at high speed. The down side is they are not good on cold starts, can cause fuel to come out the manifold (the wrong way) which is dangerous.
Not good on cold starts means:-
Bad for emissions.
LOTS of extra fuel required ...

Sounds like a hot fuel problem. A usefull check is to put the return line into the fuel tank filler. Don't forget to blank the return line at the tank though. This atleast identifies a swirl pot + hot fuel issue.
If you are a borderline this can be afected by the amount of fuel in the tank. It also ...

What are you using to measure fuel pressure?
MAP is Absolute. Fuel pressure is relative.
Your calculations are about right apart from clarifying what you used when you said fuel pressure is 2.9Bar at idle.
Max absolute fuel pressure for a 3 bar regulator ~ 393KPa as you state.
If your MAP is 35 at ...

Fuel pressure is quoted as the pressure above atmospheric and is referenced to the intake manifold.
So at full throttle opening you should get 3Bar above atmospheric. (1Bar is ~ 101KPa) If atmospheric for the day is 110KPa you will get 3.1Bar.
More interestingly:- At closed throttle idle the MAP is ...

I haven't done any of this for over a year but:-
Looks like 2 problems to me.
We can question the wideband but i suggest you start by getting the temperatures right. Coolant at 203 looks like default for sensor failure. I'm not sure I believe your air temperature either. Both look flatlined.
The MS ...

As no body else has replied:-
You are correct with your engine cylinder/cycle understanding.
But don't think you can fudge the cylinder number to get the injections right as the number of cylinders also tells MS how many ignitions there are for a cycle and hence it claculates the RPM.
I haven't ...

IMHO
Try reducing your after start enrichment to 120 and reduce the warm up enjrichment by 10%.
Also set the decel fueling to 100% instead of 90% to help with tuning. I can't remember what its called in MS but its the opposite to the accel enrichment. You might want to turn off or reduce Accel ...

Youre data log makes it look as if you have a VE table from a NA engine.
In the VE table your top KPa row (around 100KPa or higher) should be set to around 105 (or higher).
The data shows your using VE values of 85% with a MAP of 124KPa. Clearly you must be running in boost to get that MAP so youre ...

How far down did you go with your req fuel? 11ms pulse width at 500rpm seems way high to me especialy with a VE of 48%. Also stacks up with your 20% PWM being better as that is probably letting the injector only open for 1ms. I should try a req fuel of about 1/3rd your current value just to see if ...
