Thats my settings and they work pretty good. Make sure you setup for the innovate 0-5v 10-20afr in your mt config and program your lc-1 with lm programmer.

I threw a timing light on my stock efi chevy truck and it idles at 20 deg btdc. If you rev it up slowly, the timing steadily climbs from 20 up to 36 deg btdc at about 3000-3500 rpm. I think the best thing to do is get a buddy you trust to drive, and sit in the passenger seat and just tune away. the narrow band o2 is pretty good as long as its hot.
