Assuming you have the distributor in the stock position on your 3SGTE - 10BTDC (I recommend this approach for ease of converting back to stock), the teeth sets will fall at the following positions:
12/6 - 40BTDC
11/5 - 70BTDC
10/4 - 100BTDC

You may want to see if you can source stainless donuts if you need really small radii. Just cut them up to suit your need. I managed to fit 400mm manifold runners under the bonnet of a Lotus 7 replica.

I don't believe the tacho wire goes near the ECU. I believe it goes to the tacho! Connectng into the diagnostic connector should be the simplest.... or the back of the tacho.

If 14psi = 100Mpa, then 21psi must be 150Mpa. That is where I would start...
