That's quite a bit of spark advance. Might want to drop all of those numbers by at least 10.

injector size too large?

For what its worth I idle 75# injectors on a 2.0L 4 cyclinder without issues. 2 squirts alternating. Fuel pressure is 50psi static, about 43psi at idle.

Another option is injector resistors and the high-res code (which will definately help it idle on 850cc w/ a 2.0L). See the MSNS-E dev forum.

Yeah, 5 degrees is very retarded. Honestl I wouldn't even mess with a timing calculator. Way too many variables. Just tune for detonation threshold until you can put it on a dyno. Then tune for the min timing that produces the best torque (often referred to as MBT).

Lance, the issue is if we let the stock computer run the ignition then there's no high rpm miss problems even with the stock coil. There is definately something funky with either the hardware or software. We just don't know what it is yet.
