if u really gonna exeed 7amps , then u could use two in parallel , boths should have 330ohms on input and 0.05 ohms resistors between ground and pin3.

on my first install , stock ecu did the fuel pump and rpm/ignition , megasquirt did all the rest. so only crank sensor and fuel pump was connected to Motronic , everything else was connected to MS , worked fine for me.

saw it off and machine it down , till u get normal shape head (like the new engines have) , make custom (or find some from scrappy) intake , drill holes for bolts and off u go. probably would be easier to fit another engine.

ermz , u r mixing up fidle with pwm idle ??????

for fidle (used on old cis injected engines) u dont need to replace any transistors. u need relay to switch it on/off (actually , when engine warms up and ur fidle module is bolted to engine , it will close anyway)

if i would go for ITB`s setup , i would not use fast idle/idle control at all. On my last setup , i didnt use any idle controlling and it was fine(in winter and in summer). That was on 2.0L 4banger opel with PAS , never had any problems. And idle was perfect , only dropped by 100 rpm when u turned ...
