Yea. I also get 100 is some areas as well. I guess there are just some places in the map that don't match up. That's another thing w/ the lower resolution AFR map. When it interpolates btwn two extreams then it is expecting a AFR that I didn't tune my VE table to.

Resonable EGO correction values w/ AFR targeting?

I'm running MSnS-E 25n9 code on a v2.2 board.
I finally got my VE table where I think I wanted/needed it. I decided to run full time wide band AFR targeting. I've seen EGO correction values as high as 105-107 and as low as 94-95.

Should I be shooting for numbers closer to 100 or are these pretty ...

I think I found it!

I did see what you were talking about w/ the dropping PW.

Anyway, I loaded a previous config file that started up just fine. Then I imported my current fuel and ignition tables from the config that caused the starting problems. But it still started just fine. I then changed the ...

Here's a good one with a few restarts at the very begining of the log. It looks like it finially staied running after the 5th or so time.

I'm using an Innovate LC-1 wideband 0-5v, 10-20 afr.

Another problem is that I can't see exactly what's going on with the A/F ratio because whenever I hit the ...

Thanks for the tip, but I've actually blocked my IAC off. I just cracked the throttle plate stop screw a little to get the idle where I'd want it most of the time. The only thing my stock PCM controls is my AC and my speedometer.

The only time I have the problem is at startup. Idle is solid ...

New Start-up Problems

I've been running megasquirt on my car for over two years with a lot of sucess.

Recently I've been tweaking the fuel and spark a little more, especially to get better acceleration enrichments using MAP-dot-Accel.

I'm running a V2.2 board and MSnS-Extra 025n9.

Somewhere along the way I started ...

Wide band relationship to actual combustion mixture.

I have a couple of questions about mixture and O2 sensors. I'm running a wide-band LC-1 sensor.

Can you actually get a lean signal if you run way, way to rich? IE: if you dump so much fuel into the cylinder that combustion doesn't happen, will you still get a rich signal. I would think there would ...

Using Mallory Unilite distributor with ignition control

I have a friend looking into megasquirting his '73 Vette. He has a Mallory Unilite distributor. These distributors have an optical pickup inside of them. They have three wires coming out of them. One is +12, one is ground, and the 3rd is a trigger wire.
The manual for this distributor says the ...

You mentioned tuning a stock 1999 Altima? My wife has a 2002 3.5L Altima. I know they changed a ton on things with the newer ones, let alone it's a different engine, but are there DIY tuning options for these cars?
