90 VW 2 wire IAC ?

Iam putting a MSII Ver 3.0 together and Iam little confused on FIDLE setting.
So if Iam wiring into a two wire IAC valve. Do I use the TIP 120-122 transistor? I guess Iam confused where I put the Transistor on the board?
And what wire is it on the DB37?(is it one of the Stepper Outputs?) :?
