I found the problem: The lean situations were just a symptom of an other problem. My motorbike throttle boddies were not really synchronized. And as a result I needed much more enrichment than normal.
After I installed an air cleaner and made some slight modifications to the TBs I went to bike store ...

Warmup Wizzard and 71°C value. Lean situations...

Hi Mates,

I have some curious problem with my engine running with MS.
I have a Ford Fiesta 16V with a 1.8l Zetec 16V engine and throttleboddies mounted.

Everthing works fine except two things:
1. The engine is tuned very carefully. I tried to tune a VE table which is just a bit richer then needed ...

First of all, go to the MegaTune configurator and set the lambda to WB LC-1 0-5V or something like that.
Then programm you LC-1 to get values from 0-5V. The stochio 14.7:1 is 2.45V then.
Use 2.45V as the switch point. This is lambda = 1 - your cat. conv. works fine at lambda = 1.
Then you can set ...

Sudden fuel cut to zero?!

Hi there, yesterday I tried to tune my VE table using a LC-1 WB lambda kit.
Everthing went ok but we had two very strange situations:

We drove normaly, not at full throttle, and suddenly our boddies were pushed to the front. This happend two times.
The datalog shows a total fuel cut off to zero. I ...

What firmware are you running? Do you have the EGO correction parameters set to limit the RPM for EGO correction? Do you have a wideband lambda controller and sensor? (This is really necessary for doing any medium- to high-load auto-tuning.)

Hi Eric,
I use 025x1 and the 2.25b627 MegaTune. I have ...

Hi there,
I have the same software version installed and it works perfectly! I like autotune :D

The only thing I have to say is that I miss a solution for enableing EGO-correction at full throttle. I have no idea if it runs 50% to rich... or whatever. Ego correction runs until 111mi/h but above EGO ...
