G'day

I haven't got the ego correction turned on at all. The spark output from the ecu is definitly the problem, its just fixing it that i cant work out.

G'day

I dont suppose that this is a similar problem to mine.

Are you running a v3 board, ms-2 and trying to control a tfi ignition modual?

G'day

Ive found a similar thing but mines isn't behaving nicely.

I have an erratic 02 reading all the time. It jumps from rich to lean all the time. I think that it is the ecu sending dodgy signals to the tfi modual.

When the spout is disconnected the car idles fine, when the spout is connected ...

Thanks for that.
Is that the same for the spike on the spout output or just for the injectors.

G'day

I'll give that a go. What happens if it doesn't hold steady at 10* at different rpms? Where do i turn next?

I know when i had the timing light on it the other day it was jumping all over the place, but my spark table was all over the place as well.

My car seams to run between 17* at idle to ...

G'day

No i'm not convinced that the spark is good. The reason i say this is that i cant tune out a cough and splutter when you first touch the throttle. I can drive the car just be nursing it along.

How do you tell if the spark is not doing what its supposed to do.
