It would also be nice if the boards could be more hardware bus structured so when you wanted to add a control option you could just piggyback a little board via edge connector—just a personal wish.
I'd have to also admit that I've fantasized about having some kind of back plane with the VR ...

Hmmm you said miss fire not back fire. Do you have an idea what your compression is when your at the 5 PSI? I'm assuming this was a turbo engine to begin with. If not then perhaps you are igniting early from extra compression.

Hmm compression ration of 8:1 would mean 14psi becomes 112PSI but a ...

I tried to view the xls, but was unable to get a nice graph out of it. How did you get the log? I tried opening it with mslvv.exe and MSTweak3000.exe.

What are you running this on? Guess the HP and RPM please. 50 cc sounds small.

I'm working on an 8HP Briggs 1 cyl. The mega manual says 4.7lb/hr or 49cc/hr. I'm mostly concerned about idle with a 100cc/min injector. I'm hoping to play some pushing the power up, so I'm not to concerned with it ...

wouldn't that compromise atomization?
Come on... there has to be a 100cc injector out there somewhere...

As luck has it, I'm working on a smaller engine project. I posted about two small injectors here.

I'm actually hoping for 50cc/min but what can I do ...

My guess would be that the injectors are over-sized for the idle. Your pushing a fair amount of HP out of the injectors and demanding a large flow variation.

Hmm at idle your probably running a fairly low duty cycle, it's possible that the injectors are running at the threshold of their lower ...

Problem with the idle probably means your driving to slow ;)

There is some information missing that makes it a pinch hard to help you out. How many cc/min are the injectors? What is the expected HP? How many cc, L, in^3 is the motor? Does it run OK under load?

Info on 2 injectors and a motorcycle pump.

I'm posting some information on two injectors and a motorcycle pump. The fuel pump came off a 2005 Suzuki GSXR 600 and produces 50 PSI +/- 2 PSI with the injector closed. The test pattern was done with a DC supply to the injectors, so 100% duty cycle. My supply was limited to 4 amps at 13.8v and was ...
