So my laptop crashed. What is the cheapest yet most reliable thing I can get for tuning besides another laptop?

wt are u using on lap top mate rs232 or usb to serial convertor???

It's a serial cable. I believe an rs232.

Go on Ebay and get a Panasonic CF 25 with 10" screen, you wont break that !
