Running fine except for 2 things:

At low rpms (less than 1000 on a 4 cylinder) the tach is a little shakey, and will will randomly miss a litte. The was worse before I switched to a fixed duty dwell, and would go away if I unplugged the spout(now it is good enough that it does better spout in then out).

Around 3000 rpm at moderate load it has an occaisional miss/blip or something (maybe once in 20 miles of interstate). I can't get it to do it consistantly and it doesn't show up in the datalogs.

I have no idea if these 2 issues are tfi related or not. I have been driving the car daily for over 1 week now. I have noticed that even with msns-e that a large percentage of the ford people run ignition boxes, and I wonder why?

Just got MS2 running on my B2 and I thought I would update this thread.

My settings-

Trigger offset = 0
Skip pulses = 3
Predictor Gain % = 20
Cranking % = 50
After-start % = 70
Normal Running = 40
Ignition Input Capture = Falling edge
Cranking Trigger = Trigger Return
Coil Charging Scheme = Standard Coil Charging
Spark Output = Going high (inverted)
Maximum spark duration = 5

Maximum Dwell Duration = 8
Acceleration Compensation = 0
Battery voltage compensation = all zero's

My setup -

MS2 with 2.33 firmware.
V3.00 MS board.
R26 CPU side lifted to a jumper pin, with JS10 pin on one side and CPU port pin on the other for quick switchover to/from MS2 to MS1 MCU.

Using LED 14 to IGN for TFI Spout with a 330 ohm resistor on the latest V1.21 EEC-IV to MegaSquirt adaptor board.

The Bronco runs Sweet with MS2 and TFI, not a miss or a stumble, imported the VE and Spark maps from the previous MS1 MSnS-extra tune. Runs like a champ!!

Is a b2 a mazda, or am I missing something? Is this the standard "grey" tfi module? I think I might try those settings this afternoon.

B2 = Bronco 2. In other words a short wheelbase two door Ford Explorer.

Yes it has a standard grey module.
