If this fits and works this would be great as these injectors seem to be available at reasonable pricing. What yellow disks are needed? On my TPI setup I have on such discks just one oring at each end of the injector.

Chris, yes, the 0 280 150 400/402/403 types. Look at a one and see the straight top section - it's the same diameter as standard Bosch injectors - just no O-ring lips. These adapt easier to some systems than others but all need parts or mods of one kind or another. With most you can just use an O-ring kit like this http://tinyurl.com/oljs8 and add another of the yellow disk spacers under the top O-ring. I just get the extra O-rings and washers from my local hardware store.

For EZ clip systems like GM TPI, a ~.400" OD metal washer drilled to .295" ID (19/64" size 'N' IIRC?) pressed to the correct height and staked works. For Japanese types like Hondas with Keihins, just stacking 3 O-rings with no spacers works well for the turbo installations we've done. Maybe they can work for you, but we like them because they're really cheap here.

Sorry I can't seem to find the website that had more info. There are many ways to adapt them. I have some used working extras of the 32 and 42 pound types I could send you for just a bit more than shipping costs if they will help you with testing.

FWIW,
David
