You have ITBs , spell it out , Individual Throttle Bodies , for those of us
who don't hang in your circles , this is a source of head aches , you
MUST have an individual vacumm hose for each TB going to a reservoir or
plenum , a piece of 1 inch PVC plastic pipe 6 inches long and capped on
both ends will work , drill 5 holes in it and thread them for brass hose barbs ,
you will have 4 hoses for TBs and 1 hose for the MS MAP Sensor .
The way that you build this is up to you , this is just one way to do it cheap
and easy . If you do not have this or a similar setup you will have to run
MS in Alpha-N Mode , I am not familiar with how to setup Alpha-N .
Your engine may already have some sort of arrangement like this .
If you do not have this type of setup for Manifold Vacuum , (pressure kPa) ,
then I cannot help you and your engine WILL NOT run right .
After you get this in place on your engine and answer some questions I
will make you some "VEX files" that will work .
The present Tables that you have now are useless .
Do you have MS-I or MS-II , from a quick look around it seems that
msn edis is only for MS-I , which would mean you have MS-I and not MS-II .
Damn . Now you tell me .
Copy all the files in "car 1" and E-Mail them as attachments to
LowQCab@bellsouth.net
so I can look at your setup .
Can you ZIP files ? if you can , ZIP the entire Car 1 folder and send it
instead of separate files .
Here are the questions you must answer :
You call your car "My Tuner" , what does this mean ? , is it a race car or
street hot rod ? , do you care about gas mileage or emissions ?
Does your car have a Catalytic Converter ?
Do you intend to use the stock Idle Control Valve ?
Do you know what type it is or how it works ?
Can you adjust your ITBs for idle speed adjustment ?
Do they have individual adjustment screws or
a single adjustment screw attached to the linkage ?
You have a Narrow Band 02 Sensor .
Can you afford $200.00 for a Wide Band 02 Sensor and controller ?
A Narrow Band Sensor is just about useless .
Without a WB 02 you are just guessing ,
sometimes with disastrous results .
Do you have a Turbo ? is it factory stock ?
Does it have a mechanical pressure controlled wastegate or an
electronic controlled wastegate ?
If mechanical , has it been modified for more boost pressure ?
Are you using the stock Fuel Pressure Regulator ?
Pick your Injectors from the list attached to this Post .
Did your engine come with Toyota VVT (Variable Valve Timing)
You will lose about 20-30% of your low speed power if it's not working .
I see you have water injection , what kind ? ,
do you have a Link to more information about it ?
Why was it put on the car ?
The answers to these questions will make it possible to START setting
up your MS .
You have been sending some of the strangest files ,
here's what you need to send , .MSQ files and .VEX files ,
a MSQ file contains ALL setup data for your MS , you can access this file
by simply going to "File" , "Save as" , in MegaTune .
VEX files are Tables , while you have a Table open ,
go to "File" , "Export" .
Note ,
you must always specify what Embedded Code version was used
to create a MSQ file ,
VEX files are universal Tables and work with all Code versions .
Do you just need to drive your car home so you can set it up ?
If so "Import" the attached VEX Tables in to your MS ,
they should get you running well enough to get home .
To do this , open your VE table , go to "File" , "Import" .
Do the same for the Ignition Table .
You may have to do a Table Transform if you are too rich or too lean ,
with the VE Table open , go to Tools , Table Transform , select "Shift" ,
(whole Table by) and enter your number , put a minus sign in front of
the number to lean out the mixture ,
always "Export" the table after you make changes , also click on
"Burn to Controller" so that the changes will be transfered from your
computers memory in to MS memory , then click on "File" , "save" in
the MT main window , so that the changes will be saved in your MSQ file .
These Tables are purposefully setup to prevent a turbo from working ,
if you have one .

I looked at your VE Table and it's not going to be of much use , unless you
can suppy the original 8X8 table with RPM and kPa numbers .
All is not lost , if you will go back over this post and get answers to
as many questions as you can we can get started .
Have you tried running the Tables that I posted ?
If so , what happened ?

My tuner is the guy that was goin to dyno my car
it was going to be a full race but now its going to be just a daily driver so
gas mileage yes
emission no
catalytic converter no
idle speed adjustment for itb yes
individual adjustment screws yes
narrow band 02 for now
turbo no
fuel pressure regulator stock
injectors beige 213cc 13.ohm but from research its beige 295cc 2.0ohms and its not on the list
vvt yes but not work yet
water injection? oh that should be fan control
tryed your setting but it has the same problem as what i had before
if the map is plugged in it would idle great about 800 or so but then if i try to rev it when idle it will stumble and have a small back fire too rich? or too lean? if i try to drive it the rpm wont let me go past 2300 and feels like its hitting the rev limit
then if i unplug the map valcum MS would think that im on WOT but it runs and drives great just way too rich
but i was able to get the car home by way of a flat bed tow truck
so now i would be able to answer your questions a little faster
this is the 8x8 i used from the guy that helped me but its only for spark table forgot where i got the VE table
