Uneven Injector Firing? - Very Odd Problem

Same issue. Disconnect injectors on this bank, RPM goes up.
Any ideas? I'll throw a scope on it next and take a look at the signal under load since both inj signals look great on the stim under the eyes of a scope.

I believe I have solved the problem. I changed a few more components and cleaned some flux residue on the fly back circuitry. I think Q10 had a little bit of flux left on the board or was shorted.Clifton wrote:Did you figure out the problem? I believe the same thing is happening with one of my drivers.
That solved that problem, now I've got others to deal with. Best of luck! BTW my outputs looked perfect on the stim and on an oscilloscope. However when subjected to a load (injectors) the issue crept up.
Check for continuity and shorts in your wiring first. Pull the 40 pin processor and check continuity/resistance from point to point, step by step.
