CAN msg's

Post by SeanS »

I was initially looking for some docs on msg structures and couldn't find anything so I decided to browse the code directly. I noticed that we haven't done anything w/CAN yet ? I see a small section ifdef'd for test msgs though.

I was going to start work on a small datalogger and some other modules to hang off the bus. Am I not reading the code correctly ?

You are correct. The code was tested with two processors talking to each other and that was it. The GPIO board will use the CAN interface, but the software for this isn't ready yet.

When the time comes, I wouldn't mind writing up any documentation or provide some independant testing help. Just let me know.
