Injector Wiring

Post by RojoScarp »

My Bosch injectors each have two wires, one black connecting all 6 and a brown. 1 brown connects 1,2,3 and second 1 brown connects 4,5,6. The relay diagram shows too many connections to me. Do 1,2,3,4 on the 20-terminal go to brown? Do 1,2,3,4 on the JP2 Terminal Block go to black? Or reverse? Pin 28 on the V3.0 Main board shows to connect to all 6 injectors, then that would be my black, but the Relay diagram show Pin 28 to 12 RAW, please help. Thanks Hugh

RojoScarp,

The wire that connect to all 6 injectors (black) goes to the switched 12 Volt supply (one of the terminals on the 4-position terminal block marked Injector 12V on the relay board).

The brown wire that connects to 1,2,3 goes to either of the terminals marked INJ1 on the 20 position terminal block.

The brown wire that connects to 4,5,6 goes to either of the terminals marked INJ2 on the 20 position terminal block.

Lance.
