So, we can assume that "flood-clear mode" is NOT engaged, since it does appear that you're getting fuel in there while cranking... (That's a good thing.)
My very-large V8 engine (6.4 Litres) takes only a 4ms pulse to crank -- you're cranking with a 5ms pulse on a 2.4L engine, right? It won't start on this 5ms pulse, but then does start when you disconnect the MS computer -- so it really sounds to me like you're squirting way too much fuel in there during the cranking-time. Try cutting your cranking pulse down to 2ms or 2.5ms and see what happens.

For the Extra code, go to Crank/Warmup, then Cranking Settings and then you will have a list of cranking pulsewidths for various temperatures. Reduce the one that's closest to the the temperature where you live. Once you get the right value, adjust the others to similar values, remembering that at higher temperatures, you need less fuel.
For B&G code, go to Tuning, then Warmup Wizard. Cranking pulsewidths are in the top right corner, one for -40F and one for 170F. These values are used to determine the pulsewidths at any other temperature. you need less fuel, so try reducing both of them.

in my megatune.. there's a section on the left that has like 10 different degrees that you can change the pulse widths.. but i "think" its in percents.. and how do i know how much to lower it.. and can i "just" lower one of them or do i have to change them all?
