You may be able to move over the timing map by picking some of the rows/columns. Megasquirt will interpolate between (fill in the gaps.)
On the fuel side there are so many factors in the way the pulsewidth is calculated that you are probably better tuning from scratch.

I've done exactly that in the past. Emerald uses a 16x16 table and it's
pretty easy if you use your head to translate the basics into the MS. Easiest
thing to do is to start off by filling in load site 15 into the 100kpa line
on the MS. Then take load site 0 and put that in on your lowest load
site.
Because the emerald that you're looking at is alpha-n rather than
speed-density then filling in the sites between 30 and 100kpa takes
some thought, load sites 4-8 will translate to cruise so put these in the
50-70kpa cells then interpolate between them to fill in the rest of the cells,
maintaining the general shape of the map from the emerald.
Next, because you're running a turbo you need to fill in the sites that are
above 100kpa. The emerald corrects for MAP using a "boost compensation"
table, you can read off the values that it has for say 120kpa which might
be perhaps -2 degree then use that to correct the 100kpa values to generate
your 120kpa line. Do this for the remaining sites and you should be good
on the ignition side.
On the fueling side there are just too many differences between the way that
the ecu handles things to be able to convert between them. You're best
off putting in some plausible numbers from the table generator to get it
fired up then mapping it properly with a wideband.
