OK, it sounds like you're running MSnS-Extra. If you have a 12x12 fuel table, then you are running this code.

Those numbers are not percentages. They are the pulse width in milliseconds. You can change just one, and it will only affect the cranking pulsewidth for that temperature and nearby temps.

Say you have the following

80 degrees 4
60 degrees 2
40 degrees 4

At 60 degrees, your cranking pulse will be 2ms. At 80 degrees it will be 4ms. It will also be 4ms at 40 degrees. At 50 or 70 degrees, it will be 3ms. At 55 or 65 degrees, it will be 2.5ms And at 45 or 75 degrees, it will be 3.5ms. There's a linear interpolation between the different set values.

For now, focus on the temperature values that best match the outside temperature (engine cold temperature. Get those right, and then guess the rest. Take advantage of abnormally hot or cold days to tune the rest of them. I foudn that it's actually helpful to stick my bike in the garage overnight with the AC on high in order to tune the lower values. Of course, I live in Texas.

Try these values. I just remembered that I have a .msq for a turbo neon. This may help you.

Temp PW
-40 21.0
-20 18.0
0 15.0
20 12.0
40 10.0
60 8.0
80 7.0
100 6.0
130 5.0
160 4.0

It sounds like you're looking at warmup enrichment instead of cranking pulsewidth. Warmup enrichment is in percentages, so numbers over 100 make sense here.

ok.. i changed my cranking settings.. and still no go... but heres a datalog.. at first the car wont start and then ill unplug the injectors and it will burn off the extra fuel in the cyllinders.. i changed my pulse withs to 3ms.. im not sure if the duty cycle (in percents) guage is supposed to be doing anything but while i was cranking the guage stayed at 0%..

It sure sounds like something is wrong with your setup. You should see some activity on the duty cycle gauge.

Pull the injectors out and see what they're doing when you crank the car.
