Found the calculator, The fuel pressure needs to be 69psi which shoul increase the flowrate to 465cc (44.3 pounds/hours) which should be good for 300bhp

Don't forget that you are running with boost. The fuel pressure is set verses normal atmospheric pressure (No vac/boost connection). To actually use the car you do fit the vac/boost line as the pressure has to be relative to the manifold pressure. ANY BOOST PRESSURE NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO THE SET PRESSURE WHEN CALCULATING THE MAX PUMP PRESSURE.
If your calculation says you need 69psi and you are going to run 10psi boost then the pump needs to work at 69 + 10 = 79psi.

Standard pumps usually don't work over 4.5Bar so you do need a high pressure pump.

Ive gone off of the idea of increasing the fuel pressure that high, Its just a bit OTT, Gonna find me some better injectors

Ive sourced a set of 440cc/41.9lbs injectors, Ive worked out that if I increase the fuel pressure to 48.5psi the would be right for 300bhp.

Do I have to add 10% due to the engine being turbocharged??

What fuel reg should I go for, I cant refit a std one, The one I have is a rising rate type, I do have an FSE one spare, Would that do or are they rising rate too??

The estimated conversion factor for forced induction is 20%, not 10%.
You can fit any OEM FPR that has the right fittings. Webber makes (made?)
an adjutable FPR that has plug covering the adjustment screw and was fitted stock on some FIATs. As for the FSE, I think you can try it and only if you see big AFR changes on accel/decel that can't be ironed out by the accel enrichment settings, replace it.

440cc look to be in the ball park, but if you decided to get some new injectors anyway, why not get bigger ones? You'll get a bigger safty margin, capacity for more power in the future, and save you the trouble of messing with the fuel pressure.

What brand and model RRFPR are you using? Most RRFPR's can either be set or internal parts swapped to allow for normal 1:1 rate. A quick call to the manufacturer should get you the answers you need.
