The MegaSquirt Project has experienced explosive growth other the years, with hundreds of new MS installations occurring every week - a phenomenal success! MegaSquirt has been successfully used in all aspects of Internal Combustion engine applications including R&D, Industry, Race, and Research. The MS project has transformed itself from a simple R&D project into a full-featured mature engine control system. To reflect this the support structure has also changed to meet the needs of MegaSquirt Users.
Moving forward, the R&D forums for MegaSquirt project are in a read-only mode - no new forum posts are accepted.
However the forums will remain available for view, they still contain a wealth of information on how MegaSquirt works, how it is installed and used. Feel free to search the forums for information, facts, and overview. While the R&D forum traffic has slowed in recent years, this is not at all a reflection of Megasquirt users, which continue to grow year after year. What has changed is that the method of MegaSquirt support today has rapidly moved to Facebook, this is where the vast majority of interaction is happening now. For those not on Facebook the msextra forums is another place for product support. Finally, for product selection assistance, all of the MegaSquirt vendors are there to help you select a system, along with all of the required pieces to make it complete.
Forum for discussing how to install MicroSquirt(TM), choose and troubleshoot sensors, wiring, and communications for MicroSquirt (TM) and MicroSquirt Module(TM).

I've connected the LC-1 as per its manual. Its 'brown' output is to 'pink' O2; the grounds are to the system ground; I do read a correct and variable (when holding an unlit lighter at the sensor) VDC at the connections involved. In the configurator I have 'set' LC-1. I'm not seeing any reading, or 'sense' at all on the Microsquirt AFR screen though. I do have sensible readings from TPS and MAP showing on screen. What else can I do? I haven't checked the continuity from the O2 lead to the board but doubt if it's a hardware issue, self knowledge means the issue is probably self made! All help seriously welcomed.
Matt,
Thanks for your response. No and Yes are the answers! I wasn't aware that the EGO/LAMBDA/AFR reading would only change with the motor turning or an RPM input. I was trying to verify the sensors prior to starting the engine. The fields have been reset in the AFR settings. I'll be trying again in the morning so possibly will be back 'pleading' for guidance. Just out of interest as I didn't see that in the manual; I assume that it is in the manual!
Cheers again.

I have the same problem, engine is cranking and running, but no signal. Analog2 (brown) to O2 (pink) gives signal with voltmeter, but does not show up in Tunerstudio/megasquirt or logviewer. I have a db digital gauge connected to analog1 (yellow) which works fine(set up as analog2). I have setup the default LC-1 in tools - calibrate AFR. The rest of the sensors work fine. HELP
With the help of A2TURBOs msq I found one major error: Cranking speed, it was set to 1500 rpm. Set it to 300 rpm and I think this will solve my issue. I believe that while cranking the 02 sensor is inactive in uS.
