Knock control with uS and MS-Seq
For MS-II, the Manual describes how to connect a jumper to JS-4 that ends up at PAD07 on CPU pin #34 which is labeled as AD-7. It appears that that same CPU pin in uS and Seq are also AD-7 but they come out onto the board in a different manner than the MS-II. The schematics for both uS and Seq show AD-7 being on pin #5 on uS and on Seq's Green connector. But wiring charts for both uS and Seq show that same pin #5 as not used.
The same codebase is used for MS-II and uS (and I presume the Seq) and that codebase can handle knock when run on MS-II, so I presume the code can also handle knock when run on uS (and presumably the Seq).
For uS, there is a comprehensive description of features that are available in MS-II but are NOT available in uS. That description is silent on knock -- it is not mentioned as "still available" nor as "no longer available."
Will the uS and Sequencer handle knock the same way as MS-II, thru the uS and Sequencer's version of MS-II's "connect a jumper to JS-4 ..." then set the knock variables in Megatune?

Re: Knock control with uS and MS-Seq
The wire of 5 pin at uS is labeled as 'MAF' but I couldn't configure 'MAF on knock pin'.
Also uS couldn't configure as 6 Cyl. wasted spark with using D15 and D16 by MS2-extra.
That's means you should carefully reserch the code conpatibility with MS2 before purchase the uS or uS-Seq.
Re: Knock control with uS and MS-Seq
In finding an answer to your post, I also found an answer to mine. From the Manual under Microsquirt MAF and MAF/MAP Blend:
Apparently the "knock pin" (#5 on the uS Ampseal?) is not used and the witing chart is right. When the MAF option is selected, the sensor would normally be wired to the MAP pin. If, however, the combined MAF/ MAP option is selected, then MAF MUST be connected to the Barometric/second EGO sensor pin (#29) (you cannot use the knock pin with a MicroSquirt® EFI controller, it is not brought out to the AMPseal connector on MicroSquirt®).

Re: Knock control with uS and MS-Seq
When I input 5V to #5 on the uS Ampseal ( yes Ampseal has #5 as labeled "MAF") knock voltage will be 0V to 1.3V in Realtime Display of the Tuner Studio. Also if I configure to "MAF on knock pin", The MAF gauge will be 0g/sec to 1g/sec.cmonref wrote:

That is the reason why I thought #5 pin is connected to knock pin and that is software issue.

But, I can't control knock with V2.89 code+JimStim .. I hope it will be support near future.
