MicroSquirt with small 2-stroke
So, is it possible and what would I need - is there suitable injector for example?
What fuel pump should I use and how much does it draw current (I'm using 12V motorcycle battery as a power source)

There's however lots of questions...
1. My motor has reedvalve, can I mount injector to the crankcase? Logically taken, there's no difference if the injector is before or after reed?
2. how is throttling done with microsquirt? I understand there's butterfly valve at the throttle body, do I have to use a sensor on that or is there servo motor that turns the valve. Also, how does it manage idle rpms?
3. What sensors I have to use?

After the reed, into the crankcase is your best option.vax wrote:1. My motor has reedvalve, can I mount injector to the crankcase? Logically taken, there's no difference if the injector is before or after reed?VAX

Just use a TPS off another bike, this tells the MicroSquirt what the throttle position is at, and idle rpms is controlled by your butterfly stop, or you might have a bypass circuit that bleeds a small amount of air past, depends what you have.
You will need a TPS (throttle position sensor) for butterfly position, a CLT (coolant temperature) sensor for warming up and an IAT (inlet air temperature) sensor.vax wrote:. What sensors I have to use?VAX
