36-2 ?

Post by TrxR »

Anyone know if microsquirt would work with a 36-2 style trigger wheel on a 3cyl for stroke motor? The engine in question is used in Bombardier Snowmobile and more than likely in their Sea doo lines as well .

Thanks

As the wheel has whole missing teeth, 36-2 shouldn't be a problem, but do you have any more info on the firing order for your engine. Are ignition events at 120 degrees or 180 degrees, say 1&3, then 2. I seem to remember a three cylinder Diahatsu working in the past.

You would also need a cam sensor if this is a 4 stroke engine. For a 2 stroke, you can use just this wheel.
