cranking pulse widht

Post by apex »

I use the table for my cranking pulse. My cranking pulse at 70 degree celsius is 1.8 ms on the table but my cranking pulse in megatune show around 3.6 ms. I use the v2.89 code. Someone can explain this cranking pulse.

My project is a snowmobile yamaha apex 2007.
Microsquirt V2
Embedded code 2.89

To the cranking pulsewidth the code adds pulsewidth open time (time before fuel actually flows) + barometric correction + air temp correction + battery voltage correction.

Thank you for the explanation. I'm going to change my crankpulse table.
