Hey guys,
how to I wipe a microsquirt and start a 100% fresh tune? I loaded a microsquirt tune that my friend gave me and I have messed with the fuel map and injector size to fit my smaller motor and I have had no luck... I want to just wipe the tune off and start 100% fresh with the base map based on required fuel that it generates when you first create a tune from scratch. Do i just need to boot load new firmware or is there a way to delete the tune on the computer completely and start fresh?

check the manual 
under boot loader. i dont have it in front of me but that wire i think will start you from square #1 (fresh ecu)

Easiest option is to reload the firmware. You normally do not need to use the bootloader wire unless you've put together a tune that creates an error condition the ECU does not know how to handle and causes a crash.
