Different duty cycles (DC1 < DC2) at the same pulse

Hi there,
I got a strange situation with the duty cicle. I have a extracode 025n9 firmware installed (msI system), it is defined to work with the alternated injection with two squirts.
For reasons that i don't know, the duty cycle 1 is working the half of the duty cycle 2 for the same pulse. to change this, i tried to change the injection to the simultaneous one; in this case it was goind well, but the same problem ocurred again.
I got no idea how to solve this.

I think ( if I remember correctly ) what you are seeing is normal, the DC2 applies to the second fuel table ( when dual table is enabled ). If you are only running in single table mode, DC1 applies to both injectors.
