Just a tip:
With the advanced settings of the LC-1 you can program what voltage it outputs during warmup or error. You can program that to be some safe value.

Neat! I didn't know you could do that!

That would work great for the MSI where you cannot set target AFR. I'd just program it to tell the MS the A/F ratio is 14.7 during startup/warmup.

I suppose I could do something like set the target AFR to 14.7 across the board...get the tune close with autotune, then start messing with the target AFR stuff while turning EGO authority down to something like 10%.

If the exhaust is an actual H design (not an X design) then I don't think putting the WB in the cross-over is the best idea. It's not getting a steady flow.

I'd suggest placing it further upstream toward the motor on one of the channels. Idealy your engine should be the same on both sides and since you're only using one O2 anyways, it won't change one bank's injection versus the other.

You can edit the LC-1 settings, from the programmer, that when the sensor is in heatup or error mode, it gives out a specific signal. Either high impedance, or a specified voltage.

My LC-1 is configured, so, that 0v = 10AFR, and 5v =20AFR. And this leads to 2,36v = 14,7AFR. Then i set the error/heatup signal voltage to the same 2,36v. Works like a dream. :D
