That setup in the photo looks good - I would try and keep a small distance between the msd and ms cables. For example, I have seen a car with a conventional reluctor dissy misfire and carry on because the wires from the reluctor in the dissy were routed next to the ignition coil leads - the ignition module was getting false triggers from the noise. The problem went away after the wiring was moved. (It happened on 2 cars - 1 was an old carby RX-7 and the other an efi-converted-to-lpg range rover V8.)
