teg, it does correlate - I show a dip at about .8ms on the injectors I was playing with. I then used empirical methods to see if the data agree. They did. Those big diesel common rail injectors (I think that's what you're talking about) I've only seen and haven't had any opportunity to examine in depth. They look interesting.

Hello,

I don't understand this:
Are you sure that this doesn't correlate real life?
it does correlate
Could you explain this with other words (less complicated to understand and to translate in french?)? What do you mean by real life??

i'll try to see the current dip with a scope this week.
What do you think about fixing an accelerometer on the inejctor?

And they *feel* interesting - weight is around 50kg :)

Well.. of course you could do that also, but I think you will see opening time from that dip.

But how about closening time? Hmm.. Maybe it can also seen from current - I'm not sure.

From freescale, what accelerometer did you suggest to use?

Thanks!

Grippo, did you have a suggestion on what accelerometer to try?
The freescale have a million of devices!
I think that we are maesuring little g forces, but the other parameters?

Thanks!
