I'm in the UK, but send me the CAD file, and I'll see what I can do. Just depends on postage & duty etc though whether it would be economic for you, but $110 is a lot of "fat". 
I get most of my trigger wheels done by laser cutting, which with a good sensor is an adequate machined surface. Anything CNC'd is more expensive.
