Use single tach input, 18 skip teeth, 9 delay teeth.

We never tuned a Zetec on Microsquirt B&G code, so I don't really think any of our files would be right for your combination.

Tried those settings but no luck, no rpm now, MAF stopped working too but maybe a wiring thing, not using MAP.
Attached is a datalog and an msq if any help
Thanks

How is the crankshaft position sensor wired up?

Ita a 2 pin ford item, one terminal is connected to the coax shielding which then goes to the ampseal, the other is connectec to the white wire inside the coax which again goes to the ampseal, the coax wire coming from the microsquirt has IGN stamped on it.

Hi there

I am not sure 'cos it's a while since i read the manual, but i think the sheilded white "ign" wire is an ignition output and will be pin 11 or 12. You should be using the optoin or vrin wires i think for a ford crank sensor, cant remember which at the moment, but ford call the crank sensor a Vr sensor so probably need to use the Vrin wires.

Check your wiring as the first option

hi, its connected as per manual, the vrin1 is the grey coax marked as IGN, might try the optoin wires as i can use either one or the other according to manual, worth a try i suppose

See if you can check the timing with a timing light and make sure it's in the ballpark.

Probably a silly question, but if i do manage to get a timing light on it, how do i adjust the timing in Microsquirt? I dont have the idle valve, maf or map sensors connected, would this affect idle? Its ticking over at 3000 rpm as per datalog, a tad high lol.
