Mad Professor,
If you have no TPS, then you need to use the MAPdot accel erich function, which is built into MSnS-E and MS-II.
The basic idea with TPS based accel enrich and MAP based accel enrich is the same, it's just that MAP based accel tends to come in sooner and not last so long, so it's needs to be a bit closer to the ideal tune.
There's an outline of the tuning procedure here:

At present, don't bother with the acceleration enrichment at all, just disable it. Your car will most likely be driveable without it, but you may experience bucking when you floor the pedal.
Once you have the car running fine and fairly well tuned in, you can move on to AE.

Do I not need to have the "Acceleration Wizard" settings right for the car to start & idle?

No. Acceleration enrichment is for, well, acceleration. IE when you stab the throttle.

On my datalog is am still getting alot of noise from somthing, I all ready have a noise filter on the alt, But that dose not seem to of done anything.
I think I am going to disconect the wire from the alt, and see if the noise go's away.
