hi ive just got my engine running on m/s 1 +extra v3 board but maybe im doing something wrong somewhere but my lamba show afr of 8.0 all the time so its running very very rich heres a log of it and maybe someone will be able to tell me what im doing wrong

In that log snippet, the max O2 volts is .451, average is around .41. If properly configured, .41 V should be reading as 10.82:1 AFR.
There are 2 outputs on a LC1, by default one emulates a nb and only goes to 1 V max, the other should be reprogrammed to be 10:1-20:1 AFR on 0-5 V.
Check the programming of the output you are using, see if that one is programmed for 10-20 on 0-5V
