There are 2 outputs on a LC1, by default one emulates a nb and only goes to 1 V max, the other should be reprogrammed to be 10:1-20:1 AFR on 0-5 V.
Check the programming of the output you are using, see if that one is programmed for 10-20 on 0-5V
