What's is the difference between "Port" and "Throttle body". What MS does when "Port" selected and what when "Throttle body" is selected?

I suggest you have a read through the megamanual, as this is all covered in that.

Basically port injection tends to feature an injector per cylinder, usually pointed directly at the inlet valve.

Throttle body injection tend to feature a single large injector, mounted further up stream, and acts more like a well tuned carb than port injection.
