which injectors to hook up?

Well I ordered MS II 3.0 with stepper idle motor and high current. I am hooking up a HEI-7 to a 92 dodge stealth. Base model 3.0 SOHC. v6

Well i see that in the wiring diagram on here that shows to hook up injector 1-4 but I was trying to think how you suppose to hook up 6 without miss matching them so they inject correctly. I try to figure out from the ECU from each wire goes to the ECU besides the red wires which assuming that it gets power. Hope I said this correctly. If not well i guess I gotta try to switch them make sure they work lol.

Don't worry about 1-4. There are only two injector outputs. So just hook up 3 injectors to one bank and the last 3 to the other. Look at the v3 board schematic and you'll see. Two of the four wires are connected together.

Is this what you wanted?

no thats not what i wanted but I would have done that if it was that easy. Unless all the injectors fire at the SAME time. So doesn't matter if i hook 1-3 cyl up to one bank and 4-6 cyl to the other bank. Is this fine?

if you want to do it "right" it will depend on your firing order. however i cant see it making much difference esp if you have the settings correct.

Yes I want it right. So say this is a firing order 1 3 5 6 4 2 what injectors would be hooked to what bank. I know that the factory wiring on one wire of each injector from 1 3 5 are green with different color stripe. And 2 4 6 has all yellow with a different coltor stripe. So im assuming that 1 3 5 all gets hooked up to bank one and 2 4 6 gets hooked up to bank two. Would this be correct?
