stv firestarter,

Okay, you got it to idle, that's good. Now you need to reset your req_fuel and adjust your VE table to match the new req_fuel (and give the same idle pulse width).

The following is for MS-II, MS1/Extra should be similar. Go to 'Tables/VE Table/Tools/VE Specific/Reset ReqFuel' then enter your current req_fuel value (15), and your new req_fuel value (9.4), and make sure the 'Reset ReqFuel in constants' box is checked, then click okay.

That should fix everything up for you, it will change the req_fuel back the the calculated values and adjust the VE table to match.

stv firestarter,

9.4 is what I get for your req_fuel when I enter 122 cid and 34 pph into the calculator (for a 4 cylinder).

stv firestarter,

When you did the reset req_fuel, it should have decreased the req_fuel and increased the values in the VE table. Did it do that? If it only changed the VE table, did you try changing the req_fuel yourself (from 15 to 9.4)?

Maybe someone familiar with MSnS-E can comment, then, as I'm not sure how that would work or if there's a bug...
