MS-2 does not restart

Here's the scenario:
I'm driving along in top gear (5th - manual) at say 2000rpm.
I then, without declutching, switch off ignition wait two seconds or so and then turn ignition on again. "Normal" cars would fire up and continue to drive as though nothing happened.
After doing this, MS-2 is NOT HAPPY, runs rough, no power, idles very low if I do declutch.
To correct, I have to switch ignition off, declutch, wait till engine comes to stop and then either start with starter or release the clutch on the move to "start" the engine again.
Is this normal for MS-2?
PS: Issues with IAC led to this

Philip,
It sounds like the baro enrichment is wacky because the engine is still spinning (because you didn't declutch) when you restart it.

Think about how it get's normal air pressure reading. Adding a second
MAP sensor might cure the problem.

In my native language we have a saying that if I translate directly to English would go like this:
"Pity that brains like these should rot"
I recon you've nailed the problem! Baro correction for my MS-2 is set to "Initial MAP reading" or something to that effect. With the engine spinning and 0 throttle that initial MAP reading is very low totally confusing MS-2. Another good reason therefore to fit the second pressure sensor for full time baro correction!

A very smart friend once said to me "Andy, It's not that I am that much smarter than you, . . . I just have a three year head start on this subject."
We in the US hsve a saying "Been there, done that" Now that you know what the issue is, it would be easy to search for. But with no clue what the problem is, you have no idea what to search for.

Or can be added upper and lower limits on baro like in the extra firmware...
For my car i've preferred constant baro with second map...

Wise words
Now, would it not be a good idea to include this handy piece of info in the Megatune manual and/or in the Megasquirt manual?
Kind regards
