MicroSquirt.com read only forum (Jan.15,2018)

I just installed my MSII but when I put the car on contact I hear a sparking noise in the engine bay and all dashboardlights fade. This concludes in an earthlink. When I pull out the injector fuse this sound goes away but then the megasquirt doesn't respond at all.
Does any of you know where I must look for the bad connection?

problem solved I found the problem, the shielding of one wire was broken
