TPS, or MAP based enrichment, (TPS problem)

My car has started to run very poorly with a very erratic misfire, after a data log i could see that the TPS was noisy and triggered acceleration enrichment a couple of times a second. I was wondering what the consensus was on the MAP based acceleration enrichment, should i:
1 replace the broken sensor
2 try to set up the using MAP or,
3 try and change the settings in megasquirt to ignor this 1-3dot movment

The TPS I need is for a 4AGE 20v silvertop 4 throttle setup, the chaps at toyota are a little lame when serching for parts that they do not know the chassis number; does anyone know a part number for this?
